Can someone help me with this (see attached word document)? Unfortunately, I do not have the OA for this one. I picked B as the answer as the two lengths (QR and PS) are equal. Thanks in advance for the help.

1) insufficient -> P can be anywhere on the line parallel to QS and the same distance from QS as R
2) insufficient -> P can be anywhere

1&2: insufficient P can be anywhere on the line parallel to QS and the same distance from QS as R
PRQS is only going to be a parallelogram if P and R are symmetrical with respect to QS.

E is the answer

my guess would be E as welll..

a parallelogram is one that has all opposite sides parallel..

in our case we only know about QR and RS..nothing about the other 2 sides..
