If (x+y)/z = -2, is x postive?

(1) z is negative.
(2) y is positive.

I wud say E.

If z is -ve, it shows x+y is +ve!

from (2) y is +ve... So what? x+y could be -ve and z +ve or vice versa

from (1) and (2)

its shows x+y is +ve and y is +ve... BUT then y could be 100 and x be -1, to give you x+y that is +ve. OR x=1 and y=2 to generate x+y also +ve!
