If n is a positive integer, what is the tens digit of n?

1. the hundreds digit of 10n is 6
2. the tens digit of n+1 is 7

assume the integer n=abc where a is the hundreds, b is the tens, c is first digit. We are trying to find b
(i) 10n=abc0 so b=6 as the information tells us

(ii) if n+1 then b=7. But this depends on if c=9 or not.
