According to the 1st statement, is the mode 0 AND 1 or is it 0 OR 1? Because if the mode is both 0 AND 1, then X has a definite value. If the mode is 0 OR 1, then X does not have a definite value.

One of the guys above said bi-modal so it must be 0 AND 1 right? Is the definition of mode clear?

As per 1st statement X is Bi-modal, which means that X has two modes 0 & 1.
Neeraj you are wrong in that X has 2 definite values & not 1 definite value. But As per GMAT, any question that asks for the definite value the answer must provide only 1 unique value.

This is the reason that Statement is Insufficient
