My answer is B

Is 2x-3y<x^3?

(1) 2x - 3y = -2 ==> -2 < x^3 ==> no info about x. Insufficient
(2) x > 2 and y > 0 ==> Sufficient

Stmt 1 not suff. Since we do not know the value of x.
Stmt 2. True for any values of x and y. Hence B
