Hi Does anybody know if we have to submit our resume in the Fuqua format with the profile summary then education then experience? I have mine laid out using the Stacy Blackman resume guide with no profile summary then work exp. going from latest to earliest and then education and hobbies?

Take this with a grain of salt as I've not been admitted, but I've been invited to interview both last year and this year, and I used my own resume format both times. I think as long as you convey your work history in an appropriate manner, you'll be fine. Good luck! Posted from my mobile device

For the Essay 2 of Fuqua, generally how many words have R1/R2 applicants end up writing? I somehow had an impression of 500 words limit but just before submitting realized there is no such words constraint!

I imagine they do this b/c its the only essay in reality

It's January 4 at 11:59PM EST, so there's still time! Just submitted mine

Quick question: If your recos come in late but you app is in time. Will Fuqua still consider your app for the round you applied?

For the people asking about letters of rec being in late: one of my letters wasn't submitted on time for round 1. A few days later I received an email saying that the deadline for missing materials is 11/12/12 in order to be considered for round 1. When my letter of rec was submitted a day later, I received confirmation of that submission. Shortly after, I received an email saying the applicaftion was ready to proceed towards the evaluation stage.

January 8th will certainly be a day of constant inbox refreshing! Good luck to all Round 1 folks next week! And best of luck to the Round 2 folks who are still putting the final touches on their applications! Those admitted on January 8 will indeed be contacted by their interviewer and newly assigned Fuqua Buddy. Please be advised that the phone call might be a couple days after the 8th, depending on your interviewer's availability. Also, the buddy-matching takes place after the decision notifications, so it could be a few days before you get an email from your Fuqua Buddy! Regarding the inbox-refreshing: when I was admitted two years ago, I was refreshing the status page within the application portal. The status updated at 12:00pm EST. I only received an email about it about ten minutes later. The email simply tells you that your status has been updated in the application portal.

Well, I just submitted my R2 application. Good luck to all others out there!
My long essay ended up at 1,138 words--yikes! Too much to say, I guess.
