Know that others (myself included) have refreshed the applicant page throughout the afternoon. Doesn't make the decision come faster - but your letter will be there before the email goes out.

You'll have to log in to the Duke application portal (as if the wait wasn't long enough) and your decision letter will be posted there. You'll get a call or email from your interviewer and Fuqua buddy in the following days. They try to pair you up with a Fuqua buddy based on prior work experience, geography, or future interests.
