You need to provide more specifics otherwise the conversation will be all over the place.

What does your research thus far have you thinking? Why not lay out your current take and people can augment

Continuing my Duke vs Yale
Yale- Strong in Finance and Non Profit Sector.
Duke: International and Consulting.
When I look at employment reports, Duke has better recruiting prospects overall.
Certainly Duke is higher ranked than Yale. But Yale's acceptance is 19% vs Duke's 34%

Not that rankings mean anything, but US News ranks Yale higher than Duke.

And what about BW? :-)

But what do you all think about disappoints from Wharton, Booth, Stern joining Yale? Or is it that adcom does a great job in filtering them out?

Actually last year's acceptance rate at Fuqua was 24%, I think.

If you have a chance, go visit at least one of them. After visiting Yale my decision (it wasn't between Duke and Yale, but some other school and Yale) became completely clear.

After you get in and start looking for a job, you will quickly realize that acceptance rates or one/two spots in a ranking mean nothing and recruiters don't care about that. Both schools are pretty equal recruiting-wise. If you are targeting specific industries and firms, just get in touch with students to see which companies come to campus - that's all that matters.

I will answer your question from different angle; If you're interested in working outside the states I'd certainly say Yale for its global reputation. even people in the middle of Arabia desert know Yale but very few know Duke.
