Usage notes from american heritage dictionary:

It is often maintained that each other should be used to denote a reciprocal relation between two entities, with one another reserved for more than two: thus The twins dislike each other but The triplets dislike one another.

Now, the difficult part ;)

"each other" is used to 2 objects/persons...............whereas "one another" is for more than 2 objects/persons


So will go with (B)

I will also pick second option i.e. The refusal of each of the five parties to acknowledge one another is disparaging.

Since number of parties inolved here is more than two so it needs to be one another.
