Sentence has Idiom issue:
Correct Idiom prices of – not prices for (Eliminate B,C and D)
Economists attribute to - not Economists attribute from (Eliminate E)

A) declines in the prices of the industrial raw materials that United States imports from developing countries to

B) that declineing prices for industrial raw materials imported by the United States from developing countries are the result of

C) price declines for industrial raw materials that the United States imports from developing countries to be a consequence of

D) that declines in the price for the industrial raw materials that the United States imports from developing countries are due to

E) that declines in the prices of the industrial raw materials imported from developing countries by the United States result from

Answer: A

Answer (A)

(C) wouldve been a better choice but the "be a consequence of" phrase looks wordy..
