Hi SCott,
I wanted to ask that what exactly does top 10 B-schhols of the world look in a students application. If you cite it with exaples, that will be great.
Another questiopn, the top B-schools have averege class work experience of 4 to 5 years. But i wnat to ask, how can a person in a span of 5 years can rose to a position of Manager or a director of a company with a simple under grad degree.this is basically cited by most b-schools in ther sample resumes.

Top B-schools look for the following:
1) Leadership -- examples of how you took initative and had and impact on business / community / others
2) Innovation -- Brains and creativity as demonstrated by GMAT & GPA
3) Teamwork -- How well do you work with others
4) Maturity -- How well do you know yourself and your career goals

To your second questions, those applicants tend to have worked at very small companies. Most b-school students don't come in with those sorts of titles.
