Hello,

Many applications request a description of roles/responsibilities at each of the places I have worked. The schools request an upload of a current resume in later parts of the application.

I was wondering if the descriptions are supposed to be the same as those in my resume, or should they be different? If they are supposed to be different, how should they differ?
