does anyone have advice on how to fill in the "Responsibilities/Key Accomplishments" portion of the application versus what we put on our resume?

you can expand on your resume or just copy/paste

I would pick the 1-2 key points you have in your resume and give more details. If you are taking about HBS or Stanford, there isn't much room.
