Hi there,

I'm getting ready to start my second year of b-school and I couldn't be more excited!

To all the MBAs out there - what tips do you have for new second year students? First year was absolutely insane (lots of work, but I still had fun)!

P.S. - I'll be recruiting in the fall. 8-)

focus on the few key companies in recruiting, because the timeline is so compressed. it's going to be tough and stressful, but when you feel that way, just think that it will be all over in December (hopefully), and you will have the rest of the school year to enjoy b-school.
