I can't really compare it to Chicago's program, but I can tell you (based on some of my own research and my own classmates' experiences) that the entrepreneurship program at Kellogg is very strong. I don't believe that the SC Johnson Business Plan Competition at Kellogg hands out money, but it does help you get in touch with the right people.
And the Levy Institute gives you a great chanve to get some one-on-one exposure to a "real" entrepreneur. I've been told that this program can be a little hit-or-miss depending on whom you're matched up with, but the people who are matched up with great entrepreneur mentors love the program. I know that the Levy Institute offers some other programs, too, but I don't know is part-time people usually participate in those.

Chicago and Kellogg... You can't go wrong either way!
