Hi all, I was digging through my old stuff and found the error log I used - I believe I used Ursula's template when I created this one online.
Feel free to make a copy of it - docs is easy to use and can be accessed anywhere. So what are you waiting for? Go make your own copies on Google docs now! And its free!

-delete my answers in the grids and use this to keep track of your own errors when doing practice problems -remember, you can access this on any computer, anywhere (as long as you have internet access)
Probably going necromancer on this one , but thought it was a great tool. I'm starting my GMAT journey today, and think the error log is a fantastic idea. Google doc's is a pretty awesome app as well. Thanks jasonc.
Jason, What was your procedure for inputting your test information after taking each practice test? Did you simply go back through each practice test and enter the information manually? I just took my first CAT test and if I went back through I would find it hard to remember how I felt while answering each question.
Any other advice you can give on using an error log effectively would be appreciated.
Although this error log appears to the do the trick, I would definitely check out the error logs that have been created by GMATclub members and compiled by the forum founder, bb. Take a look: gmat-error-log-86232.html
Don't forget to take notes on how you approached the question, what you could have done better, and even add questions you got right but took tooooo long, or got right by accident. This will help you not only get questions right, but approach them better, quicker, and with the right mindset.
