ERROR LOGS FOR CR AND RC

I've read many times that it's a good strategy to build an error log for CR and RC questions, but its nor like SC where you can simply state where you went wrong.
Can I please get some advice on what you write in the error log for a CR or RC questions.

You can simply write what errors you did. and the correct responses. Go over this list before starting your prep everyday. In fact, we have started an 'Exclusive' Error Log Forum ..Please read about it in Site Announcements.

If you would like to have one, i would be glad to give one to you.
