Essay on ethical dilemma [#permalink]

I am working IT since last 3 years and planning to apply for fall 2005.
I am planning to write an essay on ethical dilemma and am unable to think of any serious instance where I was in dilemma.Can someone help me out?.

Obviously the ethical dilemma that you write about will have to come from you, but keep in mind that it doesn't need to be something big and scandalous. It can be something much more subtle, such as an instance where the group wanted to do one thing but you held firm to your beliefs and convinced the group to do something else. Or, maybe your group at work achieved something and you were given credit, but you realized that someone else really deserved the credit more. Hopefully you can find an example like this in your past.
