While i did not get my MBA in Europe, I have helped many clients with the top schools there. I can say that in general, the MBA is a much more marketable degree and has become the standard internationally for business career advancement. The Masters might be a bit more flexible in curriculum so you could design your classes to focus on exactly the kinds of things that interest you in the entrepreneurial realm. On the other hand, the MBA would likely be a more general approach to the broad skills and knowledge you would need to either work for a company or run your own business. In short, the MBA seems to have more value. As to which specific schools you should apply, it would be tough to say without a more in-depth exploration of your goals and background, but it sounds like you have done more than your fair share of due dilligence to this end, so I would point you to the schools where you feel you fit in well with their culture and curriculum. In the end, you will get the skills and education you need from any accredited program. Hope this helps.
