hi guys, i've been a lurker here for a while now but just started posting.

anyways, i'm going to both Oxford and INSEAD Fontainebleau in a couple of weeks to visit the schools...just thought i'd ask around if there are particular areas i should check out around the schools - fun tourist places (first time in europe), popular student hang outs, cheap/affordable hotels, good restaurants, or anything fun/interesting you guys can recommend.

i'll be spending a week in europe so let me know what you guys recommend in Paris and London as well in terms of places to see and all...museums? architecture? historical sites? cheesy double decker bus tours? let me know. :-D

also my french is nonexistent, so can i realistically get by in Paris? should i just stay in the tourist areas?

let me know what you guys think. i'm open to all suggestions. thanks!

PM me and I will give you a few suggestions for Paris and why not have a drink together as well. I am also planning to visit Insead in a couple of weeks.
