Not all all! Many successful MBA applicants (including those to top programs) cite goals that are either a major career change
or at least a significant career shift. Adcoms expect such applicants. And in your case, your planned goals
are clearly related to your experience, even though they represent a shift. You are fundamentally qualified for top MBA programs such as those you mention. The key to being successful in your case is to illuminate your goals, and your path to them. Show your motivation for your goals – why you want to do that, what excites you and inspires you to do pursue it. Also if possible discuss how you came to have these goals. And not least, discuss how your career to date prepares you with relevant skills, knowledge, etc.
If you do these things, I believe you will be a successful applicant to at least some programs of your choice.
