In addition to adhering to the policies and guidelines of the State Department of Education, the successful instructor will be responsible for instruction in the appropriate teaching environment and evaluates student learning.

1. will be responsible for instruction in the appropriate teaching environment and evaluates

Tricky one. I pick B.

Boiled down to B & E for me. I eliminated E because I don't understand the purpose of 'will be evaluating'. Why not use 'will evaluate'?

B sounded correct because it uses: 'will be responsible' and '(will) evaluate'. If the second 'will' is not understood then I am quite wrong :)

instructor - instructions - subject - verb agreement

will be evaluating - future tense is in parallel
