You should be competitive for your target schools, mostly due to the leadership and work experience being in the Military. B-schools love military applicants and will sometimes be a little more lenient on the core credentials (like GMAT), but having said that, since your UG grades do not appear to be top 10%, you might consider trying again to get a higher GMAT score to really boost your candidacy. If you have the time to prepare and think you can improve it, you would probably boost your odds at many of your chosen schools. Beyond that, make sure you think about your candicacy in light of being compared to other military applicants and how you stand out amongst them. This is always critical to being offered a seat in b-school.
