Great story to tell and many things will make you a viable candidate for your target schools. You would be compelling simply because you are Korean with a US education. In addition, your post MBA goal is in alignment with your past experiece, which will score you points on maturity and clarity of vision. The fact that you have led others in the workplace is a bonus--many applicants do not have such leadership experience. Don't be daunted by your GMAT, as the part time programs are more forgiving than the full time programs since they do not have to count their stats in with the b-school rankings boards. let us know if we can help you pull everything together.

Forgot to comment on your age--it's not a factor for part time programs. Some FT programs can have an age bias, but it shouldn't even come up in the PT process, unless you have trouble demonstrating that you put your time since undergrad to good use, which doesn't sound like will be an issue.
