from an ethnicity standpoint, are you British, but Korean in descent (since I see the languages). For US business schools, there are going to be a good number of Korean Americans and Korean nationals (though probably not quite as many as the Indian men and Chinese women), but it would be interesting to play up being a British citizen of Korean descent if you are that is, because as an American, the only Korean people I know are either nationals, Korean Americans, and some Korean Russians.
I don't think you necessarily have to get your GPA converted, etc, but you need to explain that in an essay.
For the US business schools, a 2.4 ish GPA is well below the 10th percentile of incoming students. So was there an upward trend while you were in school? You should explain.
I think the work experience is great and puts you in good position for the US schools. Still, with the low GPA, your GMAT should be above the median to "compensate" for it.
