I can't speak for the US schools, but i think given your stats and subject to GMAT mark you will have a good chance at INSEAD.
Just my 2 cents.

Tsoy,

It looks pretty good to me. You have distinctive life experiences, a reasonably uncommon profile demographically speaking, and clear leadership at and outside of work. I particularly like the war photography material. I think you can aim high. You will want to give them very focused and due-diligenced goals given your "advanced" age. Try to get a minimum of 700 on the GMAT if you can.
