First of all I would like to say that this is a great community/club.

I am 26 years old and have Electrical engineering degree.

%age 79% (among top 15 students of batch) I am not sure how to calculate GPA out of percentage.

Higher Secondary School 86 % ( Among top 1% )
Secondary School 91 % (Silver Medalist)

Extra curricular:

President debating society
Founder and president University students development society
playing member of University cricket team
Won debating competitions

Professional:

3 years 3 months with Oil and Gas company as Sales Team leader (Started as Sales Engineer Trainee)

8 Months with UK statistics authority as Census coordinator managing a big part of London and a team of 15 people.

I have worked in diverse environments and cultures. I have some experience of working in Europe, Pakistan an UAE. I have been awarded few competence certificates.

But my weakest link is GMAT ... 640 only .. In quant m score is good, around 48 but in verbal it is low. AWA 5.5

I want to know if I have any chance to get into top 15 B schools. If I write good essays then what could be the chance.

I can get reference letters from my country or my regional manager. And anotherone from my professor (Head of Department).

Your help and advice is highly appreciated.
