Straight for d:

A and C are gone because "Since" requires perfect tense.
B is gone because Past Perfect is used without context, thus wrong.
E is gone because of the "beautifulest".
D is right.

apart from the fact that words like - since - requires present perfect tense, the fact remains that "what is the intended meaning of the sentence"
Did we stop describing Taj Mahal as beautiful, no...we still continue doing it since xyz time....from an indefinite past time frame
