My answer is A...since every early-20th century socialist political philosopher was influenced by Rosa Luxemberg, none of them cound have advocated a totalitarian state.

IMHO...To counter option D....its not stated that only socialist and communist philosophers were influenced by Rosa Luxemberg

A for me.

Every political philosopher of the early twentieth century who was either a socialist or a communist was influenced by Rosa Luxemburg.

It is not D becos as per the qn stem a political photographer may be a XYZ or a ABC and still be influenced by Rosa. What the qn stem states is every political philo who was a socialist or a communist was influenced by Rosa

I'm confused between A & B. I understand why A is the answer but i don't have reasons to eliminate choice B.

Please help.
