Hi there,

First of all, sorry if this is a re-post (though i searched thoroughly) but I can't seem to find any answers related to this.

My question is with regards to Executive Education programs/courses. How do Adcoms view these?

Here's an example. I completed a week long Executive Education program from HKS, which is in-line with the field i work in. I'm wondering how do MBA Adcoms view Executive Educaiton programs from Ivy league universities?

Does it help having completed more than 1 executive education program from the top b-school you're applying to?

I think what might be useful is the immense insight I got regarding the Case Method and i fit in that environment. Plus, I had a chance to talk to two AdCom members.

Well, basically they aren't that important, since they are non-compettive. Meaning you pay, you go. Even if its in your area of expertise, its more something you do for yourself rather than to prove to the outside that you have acquired new skills or knowledge. The one area where they might be useful is if you pick up a contact or some info, and can then write about that in your essays.

So, yes, put it on your resume, but its not soooo important that you need to emphasize it.
