Agreed on (B), but shouldn`t it be plural businesses at the end?

My option is B.
is growing rapidly.....Significantly compounding is perfectly correct.
I am assuming that WHICH is referring to Drug & Alchohol abuse.

Agree with MATT..though B is the only sane choice.. guess you gotta live with some of these problems...
