Hey Alex,

Thank you for being an active member in this forum. I have read a lot of your comments and they have been useful but obviously not always easy to translate to myself given the uniqueness of each persons scores and background. I was wonder if I have a shot at top 10 schools in the US with the following

age/Gender/ethnicity: 24, Male, Caucasian
GPA: 3.3 BA in Econ & Math from BU (3.4 major, once declared major GPA shot up to 3.75)
GMAT: 710

Work Experience:
1 year as Accountant for Food Manufacturer
1 year as Senior Accountant for Food Manufacturer (worked as controller without title, since no accounting degree and only 1 year out of college company drug heels on recognizing me)
1 year as Controller for Food Manufacturer (Current job)

Recommendations: Prob a VP of Operation Finance and a director of regional operations from the food manufacture i work for

Post ambitions (have not decided since i just finished gmat but I was thinking MBA with focus in Statistics)

Let me know what you think?

You come across as a middle-of-the-road guy, so you'd probably have a reasonable shot at schools like NYU, Cornell, Yale, Michigan, Duke, Darden, UCLA as long as your written applications and interviews are strong.
