Hey everybody!
I am going to take the GMAT next week Sunday. Today a took the Manhatten practice course and scored a 640. 5 days ago, I took the Kaplan Practice Test and scored 660. 10 days ago I took the first time the second GMATPrep Test and scored a 630. 2 months ago when I started to learn for the GMAT I scored a 48 on the quant section. Today in the Manhatten Test i just scored a 43. I always was stronger on the quant section but now I am really suffering! And I don't know why!
I definitely know all the concept, but I focused the last week a bit on the verbal part of the exam.
Do you have any explanations? To little sleep? To little practice? Concentration?
Thankful for any help!
Test Quant / Verbal / IR / Overall
Kaplan GMAT 46 35 2 660
GMATPrep Exam 2 48 28 5 630
Manhattan GMAT 43 34 5 640
The test prep companies can only go so far in mimicking the algorithm and the level of questions. The best way to judge your current standing is by taking the GMAT Prep CATs. Since you are very close to your actual GMAT, the best way to move forward should be to focus on the official questions.
I would recommend you to sit for a GMAT Prer Mock CAT. This will help you understand your correct standing.
In addition, for the
MGMAT mock that you have taken, sit down and analyse your mistakes. Figure out the areas that trouble you and go through the related concepts again.
Let me know the results of the mock CAT.
