Not good.
Don't go for it. All you'll find is arrogance and narcissism.

Re: Experts Global GMAT course anyone? [#permalink]
I had to discontinue my preparation twice there because of my semester exams. They were quite accommodating and involved me in different batches every time. Once, I faced difficulty in reaching them but I learnt that I had been trying to call the owner directly while e-mailing is a very reliable way of reaching their team. That way, one gets lightening fast responses. I was later called and included in a different batch. They provide quite a comprehensive study material with the best of what all is there in the GMAT world, in an organized way. Stick to the study plans they personalize for the best results. One can talk about one's plans beyond GMAT/MBA and seek career counseling from the mentors. Fortunately or unfortunately, however, I have changed my future plans and now working towards my career goals, and joining SP Jain in Sep.

I took the applications package of experts. I was completely satisfied. I have been recommending them to a lot of people now. A couple of my friends have joined the GMAT guidance program. They dont guarantee you a particular score. They guarantee you the best score possible with your calibre. According to them they can help you gain 50 points over your previous GMAT score or if you havent taken the GMAT then they would make you undergo a diagnostic test with which they will realize your potential. I guess if anyone says i will make you score 720 or 750 without knowing you, that would be misleading. These guys were genuine. You should think of them if you are willing to work hard because they will ensure to get the best out of you. Thats my opinion for you :)

Hi Ankit,

Thanks for the insightful review.Even I'm thinking of using their services. The only hiccup is I'll be applying in R3, and i'm from the over represented category at b schools:Indian, male, engineer,Consulting IT and with GMAT of 710.
But one thing i'd like to know is the cost. That is not quite mentioned in their website.
That would really help me make my decision.

Cheers!

Totally totally worth it.
I prepared with them and scored a 740 and entire preparation was offline. All their material is combination of the best of what you will find out there with many different institutes. The mentoring program and scheduling is very effective.

I have given GMAT twice (October 2103 and July 2014) and scored 670 on both attempts. I was targeting above 700 and was very much shaken by my score. I have gone through few reviews of Experts Global services and contacted Mr. Mayank and had a counselling with him . He immediately agreed to help me give another shot within 31 days. The course material was tailored to my requirement with personal attention. I would get a detailed weekly schedule to follow every day. There were detailed doubt solving sessions . The material and practice tests provided by them were so exhaustive that I didn't get a need to refer to any other course material. Whenever I wanted something extra on a particular topic they always provided me with extra questions and guidance. So with their help I gave my GMAT once again on Aug 2014 and scored 720. I even had a admission consulting with them. I got in to Top B schools with good scholarship.. I would say I got best from Expert Global services and would recommend it to anyone who seriously aspires for MBA from a top B school.

I have used experts services for GMAT prep and I would highly highly recommend them.

First off they share your day to day study plan with you which is customized after checking your capability. The study plan is structured and is designed to target areas for effective improvement. I can swear by the study material because I have spent weeks looking for good questions on GMAT CLUB etc but in the end came back to their study material and found best of the questions neatly compiled there.

I gave GMAT twice -firstly got 660 cuz I was suffering from dengu at that time. While any other company would not have cares experts trainers stood by me, chalked out a new one and a half month plan, assess the problems in the first attempt. Eventually I cracked GMAT with 740.

Further I used their services for application consulting converted 7 schools out of 11. I'll be joining Wisconsin Madison this fall.

Hi,

I also joined Experts Global classroom program. They have a decent team of experts.

But the thing is that they will twist their explanations to match with the answers.

From 560 in my first mock I improved to 710 in my final GMAT. But it was all my hard work and the help I took from my friends.

I would suggest dont join the experts global program! Good luck! :)

Hi Pratishtha21,

Did you take the 15 sample tests provided by Expert's Global? How did you perform in these tests? Are they reliable indicators for real GMAT?

Thanks

I feel like a I am a loyal EG student. I joined their classes in August 2016 and loved the way classes were conducted. It was a non commercial environment with not more than 15 people in a class. Classes are conducted by the founder himself and they're highly interactive.
Next, they have personalised study plans tailored to your requirements. I scored a 710 in April and was disheartene. EG was there to support me for a reattempt and provided me support and strategy whenever I needed. Their material is very comprehensive and the staff is always approachable provided you're willing to work hard. :)
I am also seeking help for their application process and I must say their approach is streamlined :)

Hi,
I took around 10 of them (1 per week). But after the 5th mock you start to get the hang of it, in terms of how to approach a mock and how to strategize -
and this is what is important. Giving mocks is more about timing and strategising (how many minutes per question and improving one's weak areas).
To be GMAT ready, post these mocks do gmat prep mocks. This combined thing is sufficient.
I got 710 in my gmat.

And to answer your specific question, practice all mocks as from each you learn something new. Don't limit your potential based on what you score in mocks. How you perform on your G day is important.

Congrats on your GMAT score.

One last specific question - Were the mock results (especially the last 5 ones) close to your GMAT score?

Hehe that's a popular question. In my last 4 mocks I got on an average 730 and in my second attempt at GMAT I got 720. But it varies depending on ur mind set on the test day. I would suggest don't compare scores. But of course aim for a higher score everytime. :)
