Hello
Do we need to show Extracurricular activities for executive MBA programs? specifically Kellogg Executive MBA program? I thought Full time program stresses on Extracurricular, gmat score etc but executive programs stress on work experience, recos etc. What if one does not have that much Extracurricular activities will that be considered as negative point on executive mba application? can you shed some light?

Hello,

The answer is: it depends. You're right that EMBA programs stress extracurriculars less than full time programs, but they do still consider this factor. It depends on how old you are and what else is in your profile. If everything else is stellar, and ECs are your only weak area, maybe they'll overlook it. But if everything else is mediocre, not having ECs will matter more. So, without more context, it's difficult to say. I hope this makes sense!
