We are always looking to improve and do things better. Just curious -- What functionality does facebook have that you guys find most useful?

Obviously, the usual suspect is "No micro-managing from Praetorian". Any others?

I think its nice to put faces to screennames and get to know people beyond a 730GMAT, 3.4GPA, engineer for a fortune 100, 3 years WE, going for H/W/Kellogg/Columbia...

I'm not that familiar with Facebook - it seems you can't look at people profiles in the group? Only if you're actually friends with them? Is that right? If so....that's.....dumb.

Actually, there are various view options with facebook. You can allow your network or your friends or some of your friends to see your profile.

Its how everyone has it set up...you just have to start adding friends.

I don't think there are any, really. Most of these social networking sites (myspace, facebook, etc...) has absolutely horrible user interfaces IMO
