I applied for my FAFSA and received my EFC - now what? Am I supposed to do anything else or should I just sit back and wait for the schools to contact me?

As far as funding through the fed and the schools go, just chill out. Some schools have a special app for the scholarships, so make sure you're on top of any of those. Also, I hear you're supposed to look at outside funding sources, but I haven't done that and it ain't my field. For more info there, consult that guy on late-night TV who wants to sell you his book of exciting gov't grant opportunities, or whatever.
