Nocturnal by nature, I often lay awake between dream and reality where the two states meshed into an union, akin to a drug-induced hallucination. Hence, I often read myself to sleep. I have countless favorite books, but I only have a handful of favorite magazines. Among my foremost is FAST COMPANY, which I've been a loyal subscriber for 2 years now. This magazine is the Reader's Digest of Business Magazine. It's remarkably entertaining, thought-provoking, inspiring, and uplifting. Everything in this magazine is worth reading because it's that practical! Honestly! The articles are almost always drawn from real life experiences, both success and failures of companies and of individuals/entrepreneurs. Sometimes, the articles are about current trends/problems in business -- most recently, outsourcing. Most interestingly, there are interviews of successful entrepreneurs, small and big companies, and leaders of tomorrow. These in-depth interviews are very honest and inspiring. Fast Company also notes any cutting or forward edge technology and ideas that are worthwhile to our lives in the future. For example, have you heard of a "nap-machine"? This magazine contains endless insights and invaluable information for everyone and a 'must' for every aspiring leader or business-person. Go to their website and read some articles.
Best of Success,
