it's great to feel the love from schools such as Boston U and Arizona State with their e-mails encouraging us to apply and implying that our gmat scores can land us 30K/yr in scholarships. At least I feel someone appreciates me! As opposed to us basically expressing our love for top 15 schools and hoping they give us a second look.

This is starting to feel like dating.

It makes me feel kinda bad for them. How do I tell them that I think we should just be friends? "I'm sorry ASU, I cant promise anything.....but if things dont work out with Tuck (or 10 other schools), maybe Round 5 will be our round."

ASU's ranking is actually not that bad... #22 in US News
So, that is actually a bit tempting....
How good are they really? anyone knows?

Yeah, I got an email from Vanderbilt (Owen) today inviting me to interview when they are in Houston at the beginning of September.

ASU wouldn't be that bad, they may have one of the best collections of 'talent' in this country.
