Yes, you should be competitive for the schools you mentioned. The four you listed are probably your best bets if you want to stay in California. Although your GMAT is in range, it would help though to get above 700, especially for Berkeley and UCLA which are significantly harder to get into than USC or Irvine. But in all, even with your current score and GPA (plus that accounting class), you should be able to get into at least one of the schools.
