Hey there,Okay, well your GMAT is good, although not excellent, you do come from a country that not too many applicants come from and your work experience is good and being female helps.

The Leadership Accreditation program is excellent too, although it would be better if you had some real leadership. For the schools you proposed your application is a bit middle of the road.
Wharton and Duke will be stretched for you, Cornell and Cambridge would be competitive, which means that on the whole if you apply NOW with your current score to ONLY these schools, it's possible that you may not get an acceptance letter.

So I see two choices for you really:
1. If anyway you feel like you are ready to leave this year you can either:
a) Try applying to those four schools you mentioned above, give it your best shot and see what happens. worst comes to worst, you gain some more experience this year, and reapply next. You are young and have plenty of time to do great things and improve your GMAT
b) Decide that this is really the year for you and open up your options about other schools (we can advise here if you need)

OR
2. Decide that you would rather give an all out effort for the GMAT later, and delay your application to either Round 2, or to next year. If you think you can get a much better GMAT score, this might be the path for you, because were you to get a 740 for example, it would open up soooooooo many doors for you.

Sure! Add some good programs that have prestige but are out of the top 10. I would suggest looking into: Kenan-Flagler, McCombs, Gozuieta, and Kelley
