Manhattan SC twice but the problem persists.
The only solutions it seems is practice as much questions as possible and learn idioms. These things are helping me, you can try too.

Comma generally separates the modifying clause. Like in this case
The sentence actually says “Neuroscientists are now drawing solid conclusions about how the human brain grows and how babies acquire language.”
But it is made complicated by introducing modifying clause in between.
