Hi Laxie, sorry for my late congrats. Preparations to move to China have made things a little hectic for me! LOL

I think you definitely are 750 material, but what can I say? A 7XX is a 7XX! I'm so happy for you!!!! :) You are definitely a GMAT guru that held us all together when we couldn't solve the toughest of the problems. Your approach to problem-solving is one of a kind.

Good luck to you and the apps process! Any idea where you want to apply yet?

Hi Laxie,

Just read your experience. first of all - Congratulations. 700 is a very good score, the score I couldn't reach in my 2 attempts.

Second, as far as i understood, you were expecting a much higher score, didn't you? The same was for me. What are your next steps? did you consider changing the strategy?

@Dilshod: it's really interesting to know that we're exactly at the same age ;) ..and keep aiming higher :) . Yes, I do want to boost my GMAT score. Since my weakness is verbal, i'll focus much more on CRs and RCs...will look around here for good advices from others :)

@ludwigvb: wow! I'm really elated to know one more countryman here!!! ^.^ ...as we know, Paul is such a proud countryman of ours here :) ..i read your information somewhere in this forum, i'm really impressed :) ..so how has your application been?!! May you get into your dream schools!! ^.^

@TeHCM: buddy, please lemme know when you arrive in China,ok?!! Hope that we have a chance to meet in real one day ...just a day by train to travel from Guangzhou to Shanghai :)

which books did you use and how long did you prepare for the gmat?
m just starting to review, and am getting frustrated coz i can't find a copy of the OG bk
