1. E^F = 4
Possible solutions are (4,1) and (2,2). Statement 1 is not sufficient.

2. F^E = 1
Possible solutions are E=0, F=any integer or (1,1). Statement 2 not sufficient.

Combined the only solution is E=4, F=1. Correct choice is C.

(1) you missed (-2, 2)
(2) you missed (1, -1), (1, -2) and so on

Though, C is correct.
