(1) S^4=S!
(2) S^4!=1

(1) is sufficient S^4=S! there is only one solution S=1
(2) is insufficient S^4!=1 is the same as S^24=1 and S can be either 1 or -1

(A)... I agree with Sergey_is_cool

Just in stat2, S=0 is also possible as 0! = 1
