Find the value of 'a' and 'b' if sqrt5 is a root of the equation
x^2 - ax + 3 = 0 and the equation x^2 + ax + b = 0 has real and equal roots.

a. (8/sqrt5, 16/5)
b. (-8/sqrt5, 16/5)
c. (-8/sqrt5, 16/5)
d. Beats the heck out of me to busy checking out the hottie
e. None of these
