something is weird...I just check my report, it is definitely Q48V31
and my global score is 640

it sounds logical compared to other scores...please chec your score again, it sounds not possible...29 is too low to get 650 even with a 48 in quant

are you sure you got 48 in Q and not 49 or 50 ?

anyway, maybe ETS is getting crazy

Well there are a lot of people who apply to ISB who are from IT 'coz it is in an IT place.

I think you should also give a shot at Said, Oxford and JBS, Cambridge Uni

That's good. But you can always try for a higher score if you have time.
I am as surprised as Antmavel is on the total score and the breakdown. In my first attempt, I got 640 (Q47 V31) :? I believe it is always V+Q that relates to the overall score.

I've heard of instances when the unofficial score can differ from the revised official score which is sent approx 2 weeks later in the mail.

That's quite a scary thought... I did my GMAT in 1 week of Oct, and have yet to received the official score... I have only been impatient but not nervous, etc, since I already know my score. Now that you say the official scores may be revised....

Dude...don't worry! As long as you can see other ppl with same Q+V and same score as your's, you are safe!! If i remember right, you scored very high, right! :)

I hope there are no situations where people get a higher unofficial score and then end up getting a muck lower score in the official report.

cooldude, I have one very strong suggestion for you. If you are really serious about ISB and if you think you deserve a beter score, retake the test. ISB officially only considers the highest GMAT score of a candidate. If I were you, I would 'definitely' try again.
