Took the GMAT today and scored a 600. Q42 V30. Lowest verbal score ever, ok Quant score but think I can do better. My practice scores have ranged from 630-660 using GMATPrep. Definitely planing on retaking the exam. The only problem is what do I practice on? I have gone through the entire official guide as well as the supplemental guides. At this point I have basically memorized how to do those problems. Apparently thats all I learned how to do...

Does anyone have any suggestions on what books/guides are the next best thing to the OG?

Already went through the OG Quant and Verbal as well. It's difficult because I have gone through all three of the official guides atleast twice, cover to cover. While I thought I understood the concepts, I guess I was really just memorizing the explanations. Something didn't click. I dont know if its worth repeating the OG again. I really dont know what to do...

I am going thru the same problem, I took the test two days ago and scored 500  after going thru most of the OG11 and some Kaplan math workbooks.

At this point I will simply start going over the basic concepts, and rebuilt my foundation. I ordered the Manhattan GMAT prep series for that.

For exercises, I suggest you turn to the challenges on this site, if you haven't already taken them. But you can always go back to the OG series, with over 300 exercises on each book, it is pretty hard to memorize them all, an any book you get will basically test the same principles.

Good luck to us!
