(A) bringing - Correct Choice
(B) and brings - and brings forms a clause for which there will be no subject
(C) and it brings - it does not refer to any noun/pronoun clearly
(D) and it brought - it does not refer to any noun/pronoun clearly
(E) and brought - Awkward clause formation by the use of "and brought"

Its A
V-ing correctly indicates the result of action in the previous clause

'bringing' indicates the effect of sea eagles leaving..hence "A"

I eliminated B because I just read it as Eagles bring and it couldn't be brings. Is that incorrect? I was just between A and E and picked the wrong one as usual when stuck between two choices.
