Flight from Country T to Country D takes 5 hrs and has 2 layovers along the way. Time by train is only 4.5 hrs. To save time and money, vacationers from country D should take the train to Country T.

which of the following would strngthen the argument:

A) For most residents of Country D the cost of getting to and fro from the aiport is same as the cost of getting to and from the train station.
B) Routes for both flight and train ride from country T to country D are same as the respective routes going in the oppsote direction.
C) Flight time of 5 hrs is atypical for the trip from D to T
D) Train ride from D to T offers higher comfort
E) Airline that flies from D to T no longer offers the bonus points that can be redeemed for cash rebate.

B! Thats the assumption in the argument and so it strengthens the argument!

According to kaplan the OA is A.

Reasoning -
Conclusion - Vacationsers looking to save monety should use trains.
Evidence - Trains take 30 minutes les than planes.

Why A - Knowing that the cost of getting to he train station is not mor than getting to the airport does not give either of the options any advantage.

Even I cannot agree with A. Can somebody give an alternate explanation for A?

In the test I chose E, sine i was thinking that if there is no more cash advantages by flying then that would strengthen the argument for trains.
